Having a busy life, which includes spending time sitting at a desk, driving, standing in heels and visiting the gym often takes its toll as remembering to get up and stretch is a bit of a challenge. I visit Caroline on a regular basis primarily on a preventative basis to keep me in an optimum state of ease of movement and flexibility! Sessions are always professional and thorough with Caroline being knowledgeable, personable, genuine and friendly. I look forward to my sessions with Caroline and always know I will leave in a much more better state than when I went in.
I needed remedial massage treatment for persistent neck and shoulder problems when I first consulted Caroline Malnick in 2014. I have found her knowledgeable, sympathetic and effective. The problems are much diminished and I continue to consult her regularly in order to maintain the new status quo. Her warm good nature is an added attraction.
I had two remedial massages from Caroline at Chiltern Therapy for a stiff neck that I have had for some time. I consulted Caroline as I had limited range of movement in my neck and difficulty lifting arm weights in my keep fit class. Since the massages I can now turn my head more freely and can complete a full programme of arm exercises without pain and more importantly without stopping. I found Caroline both knowledgeable and competent as a masseur.
I have known Caroline, both personally and professionally, for over 20 years and I have always been more than happy to recommend her as both a Class Instructor and Personal Trainer. I am delighted to be able to continue recommending her in her capacity as a Sports Massage Therapist. Because of her background in teaching classes and Personal Training, her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is second to none, coupled with a great understanding of how our body is fundamentally designed to move and work. I've been to Caroline for Remedial massage and I'm always delighted with the results - she never fails to get to the root of the problem and treat it accordingly. Caroline is an extremely dedicated, hardworking and conscientious therapist and, most importantly, has the ability to put anyone at ease and make them feel comfortable and cared for during her sessions.
I have been going to Caroline for both neck and lower back treatment for a number of years. She is very knowledgeable and skilful. In an attempt to be more preventative (rather than constantly having to crisis manage) she has introduced me to Pilates. So for the last 3 years she has run a weekly class for myself and various friends and it certainly reduces the need for crisis treatments.
I have been a software developer for over 35 years and developed issues with my neck, back and knees. Caroline's physical therapy has proved invaluable to me enabling me to deal with the inevitable pains and stresses from a sedentary occupation. Probably equally important is Caroline’s sound and wise advice which has proved extremely beneficial psychologically as well as physically. Her approach is compassionate and professional, but perhaps most important of all is the high level of trust she engenders in the people she treats. That's worth more than diamonds.
After falling from an aircraft steps about 25 years ago I damaged by back and suffered frequent spells of immobility. I had several forms of therapy from various sources, none of which prevented these problems which usually involved a week or so off work and spoilt social occasions. This state of affairs continued until I discovered the Chiltern Therapy some 15 years ago. Initially I was treated by Eric Leadbetter who was splendid and when he retired I was at a loss for a short while until I realised he was to be succeeded by Caroline Malnick who it turned to be equally proficient. I have been clear of any immobility since 2012 having received regular treatment from Caroline This has enabled me to continue my Flying Instructor Career into my seventies. I could not do this without her. Quite apart from her therapy skill she is an absolute to delight to visit and chat to.
